As part of its ongoing commitment to empowering youth and strengthening their role in shaping the future, Jordan Commercial Bank served as the exclusive banking sponsor of Vivid Leadership 2026—Jordan's premier youth leadership conference—organized by AIESEC in Jordan in celebration of its 20th anniversary in Jordan (Bronze Jubilee) and 77 years of global impact.

Held on May 1–2, 2026, the conference brought together more than 500 young participants from across the Kingdom for an engaging leadership journey hosted at prestigious academic institutions, including Al Hussein Technical University, Princess Sumaya University for Technology, and the German Jordanian University. The event concluded at The Domain Hall and Mövenpick Hotel.

The conference aimed to equip young leaders with essential leadership skills, strategic vision, and the tools needed to contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
