The festival kicked off on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, and continued for two days at the King Hussein bin Talal Convention Center at the Dead Sea under the theme “Where Regulation Meets Innovation.” The event was organized by the Central Bank of Jordan in partnership with the Association of Banks in Jordan, and in cooperation with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), with the participation of leading financial institutions, regulatory bodies, fintech companies, investors, and experts from Jordan, the region, and around the world.

The festival aims to strengthen Jordan’s fintech ecosystem, support digital transformation and financial inclusion, and reinforce Jordan’s position as a regional hub for fintech and innovation. It brought together policymakers, banking and financial institution leaders, regulators, startups, investors, and technology companies to discuss key developments in the financial services sector and explore opportunities for collaboration, investment, and partnerships. The event also provided a platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences across fintech and innovation, covering topics including digital payments, digital transformation in the banking and financial sectors, open finance, digital assets and blockchain technologies, embedded finance, Banking-as-a-Service, as well as entrepreneurship, investment, and the development of the startup ecosystem.
