Data Retention and Protection

The Bank applies organizational, technical, and security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss. Customer account records are generally retained for up to 15 years after the end of the relationship with the Bank, while CCTV records are retained for 180 days unless longer retention is required by law or regulatory authorities.

  • The right to request correction or updating of inaccurate data.
  • The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • The right to request restriction of processing.

  • The right to be notified of personal data breaches. Requests shall be processed within 15 days from the date following submission, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
