Submitting Your Feedback is Easy:
- Personal Visit: You can refer to the branch manager or their deputy in person to report a complaint, note, or suggestion related to the services you have received. We are here to listen and address your concerns promptly.
- Phone Call: You can also call us from Sunday to Thursday, between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM, on our dedicated phone numbers for Zain subscribers (free line: 080000006) or for all other networks (free line: 080022228). Our customer service team is ready to assist you in recording your note, suggestion, or complaint.
- Email: If you prefer to send your feedback via email, you can contact us at Complaints@jcbank.com.jo. Our dedicated team will carefully review your submission and get in touch with you within two working days at the latest.
