Out of a sense of national duty and in support of continued government efforts in combatting the spread of the coronavirus, employees at Jordan Commercial Bank donated a quarter of JD 1 million towards the Himmat Watan virus relief fund, hoping the number would help cover parts of the healthcare and medical equipment costs incurred in the fight against the pandemic.

The bank has previously donated JD 400,000 to the fund. It also encouraged clients to donate to the Ministry of Health through its official app, bringing in donations totaling over JD 20,000.
