As part of the Jordan Commercial Bank’s efforts to provide the best, most secure services to its clients, it has received a certificate of compliance with PCI-DSS V 3.2, the PCI Data Security Standard, for all types of bank card information security and protection, for implementing the highest standards of security and protection for the fourth year in a row. In doing so, the Jordan Commercial Bank has become one of Jordan’s leading banks in obtaining the latest version of this certificate (Version 3.2).

This certificate is a requirement of the Central Bank of Jordan, which aims to create a safe and secure environment for dealing with bank cards for all Jordanian banks. Jordan Commercial Bank’s fourth consecutive certification reflects its continued pursuit of excellence and leadership in providing quality services to its customers, primarily aimed at satisfying their diverse banking requirements using the latest and most secure technologies.

Dr. Ramzi Suna’a, ScanWave General Manager, gave the certificate to Mr. Caesar Qulajen, CEO of Jordan Commercial Bank and its representative, with several heads of department in attendance.

ScanWave and its UK-based information security partners are internationally accredited by the PCI-SSC. They were responsible for conducting the audits and supervision necessary for obtaining this certification.
